Terms and Conditions
Reservations & Payments
All retreats require a 25% deposit to reserve your space.
The deposit will confirm your reservation until 30 days prior to trip departure, at which time the balance owing is due. If the balance is not paid in full by the due date, we will regard the booking as cancelled.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Cheques and money orders should be made out to Lillooet River Lodge.
In the case of late bookings( within 30 days of arrival) full payment will be required upon registration.
Accomodation
Private and shared rooms are availble. Priority is given to early registrants. If you are not traveling with anyone you know and would like to share a room, please indicate this preference. We will be happy to work to find you a suitable roommate. If by 2 weeks prior to your arrival we have not been able to match you with a suitable roommate, you will be responsible to pay for single occupancy.
Cancellations & Refunds
You must cancel at least 60 days prior the first day of the retreat in order to receive a full refund of your deposit less a 50$ cancellation fees.
If you cancel within 60 days of the first day of the retreat no refund will be made. Your deposit (less the cancellation fee) will go toward a future retreat within one year of the date of your cancellation. The ability to re-book expires after one calendar year from your cancellation date and no refund will be made.
There will be no refunds for arriving late or leaving early. There are no exceptions to the above cancellation policies including personal injuries or weather.
If a retreat is cancelled by Lillooet River Lodge , all deposits and full payments to date will be refunded in full which constitutes settlement fees. Lillooet River Lodge will not be held responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred in preparation for cancelled retreats including airline tickets, travel delays, flight cancellations or illness.
Retreat Costs
Retreat costs and what they include are listed on the itinerary for each retreat. Retreat costs are based on group rates and no refunds will be given for unitized services.
Retreat Date Changes and Cancellation
Lillooet River Lodge reserves the right to cancel any retreat up to 2 weeks prior to departure, in which case any payment you have made will be refunded in full. You will not be entitled to make any further claims for compensation or damages, for any loss, consequential damage, expenses, loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation.
IMPORTANT NOTE
All services described herein are organized by Lillooet River Lodge. Notice is hereby given that all arrangements made on behalf of customers are made by the organizers on the sole condition that the organizers shall not be held responsible for any injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, or irregularity which may be occasioned through acts of any company and/or persons engaged in carrying out arrangements and services described herein or otherwise in connection herewith.
The organizers reserve the right to alter any itinerary or service at any time without penalty to the organizer. Any additional expense or cancellation costs shall be borne by the customer.
The organizers reserve the right to withdraw or refuse any service to any customer at the discretion of the organizers. Payment of deposit is taken as acknowledgment of and agreement to the above items.
